V-Scan is a powerful capture tool capable of reading documents from multiple sources (scanners, file system locations, other applications) and can be run as a background process which monitors multiple source locations. V-Scan can dynamically collate documents into folders. Use folder-level workflow processes combined with conditional workflow routing to automate processes.
